Beacon Clubhouse supports members who are seeking employment by offering independent, supportive, and transitional employment. The transitional employment program places members into jobs either in the community or with our sister program, Filling Empty Bellies. Transitionally employed members work for three months with the support of Beacon Clubhouse staff. After three months, if the opportunity is available, they can choose to remain employed. We have currently placed three members into transitional employment positions, and two of them have been hired on permanently.
